Feedback

As an educational network, we are always eager to learn. We would like to invite you to share your critical feedback with us. Our network includes a wide variety of people with different positions, backgrounds, and experiences. As a result, things may not always be ideal during our training sessions, or friction may arise.

If you have feedback about a trainer, it is best to give this feedback to the person themselves. Ideally, this should be done as soon as possible during or after the training so that it can be included in the evaluation with the training organization. If the problem cannot be solved on site among those involved, we recommend contacting local awareness and mediation structures.

If the problem cannot be resolved through direct contact, or if it concerns criticism of the network, please feel free to send us an email.

Important: we are a network and therefore only as much happens as people actively contribute to us. We have neither an office, nor a chairperson, nor even employees. In concrete terms, this means that it can sometimes take a while for us to respond. We appreciate your understanding.

When you send us criticism and feedback by email, we read it and try to respond as quickly as possible.

  1. First, you will receive a message confirming receipt of your feedback.
  2. Second, the issue will be brought to the attention of the network. We cannot say who will read the email, how quickly this will happen, or how many people will read it. Therefore, it is possible that the people to whom the criticism is directed will be the first to read your email. Depending on the scope and severity of the feedback, we will discuss it internally and decide on an appropriate response or consequence for us.
  3. Thirdly, the process will be made transparent to all network members at our annual network meeting and discussed further if necessary.

If you would like to be actively involved in the process, please indicate this in your message. In many cases, we would be happy if you were available for a conversation after sending your email. This would allow us to work together to determine what is needed (also for you). However, anonymous feedback is also taken seriously and incorporated into the process.
